What is a project proposal?

A project proposal is a great way to show you customer that you know what you are talking about. A proposal includes the following:
1. Your company name, address, and contact information
2. The customer’s company name and address
3. Project Start Date
4. Project End Date
5. Project Name
6. List of products and/or services to be delivered by the seller (sometimes called deliverables)
7. Scope of the project including what is included and what is not included
8. Project roadmap and key milestones
9. Project Governance including roles and responsibilities
10. Amount payable
11. Sales tax if applicable
12. Terms & conditions (including payment terms)
13. References (sometimes known as credentials)
14. About Us (a summary of the founders or leaders of the company, including its people, this can include a history of the company and some key numbers such as revenue, number of employees, locations, high-level service catalog)
